Company is trying to file a case against me
Area of law: Employment law
Country: India State: All States/Provinces I have signed a service bond of two years with L&T before coming to USA. I left L&T for persuing MBA in USA. Now company is trying to file a case against me. How it will affect me on my visa status in usa while company is filing case in India? What if company files case in USA? Thank you in advance. |
