Unhappy Company is trying to file a case against me
Area of law: Employment law
Country: India
State: All States/Provinces

I have signed a service bond of two years with L&T before coming to USA. I left L&T for persuing MBA in USA. Now company is trying to file a case against me. How it will affect me on my visa status in usa while company is filing case in India? What if company files case in USA?
