Porperty Share for First wife Kids..
Hello Sir,
I am basically from Andhra Pradesh, India... My mother is first wife to my father. My mom has two sons (age : 26,24). My mom passed away by natural death. My dad has married a Widow after a year, Who is having a son(age : 13).... Regarding my dad's property, how much share will be given to First wife Kids. Full property was earned by my Dad... Please clarify us. Thanks and regards... |
