Online shopping mall order
I am from Tamil Nadu, India. I have ordered a thing to an online shopping mall of our country on Friday 24.10.2008. Also I had made payment on that day itself. They stated that will be delivered within 5 working days. But up to today (6.11.2008), I have not yet received that. Even after repeated complaining the same to the concerned department there is no reply from them. Please help
