Confused HELP!!!!

My name is Amanda i'm from Europe. First time i came into the US in 2001 it was vith a J-1 visa. i felt in love with America and decided to come back with a tourist visas (90 days) in january 2005.nowdays, 2008 im working as a nanny in a wonderful american family and living in the US of course illegaly. im not proud about being an illegal at all even if im a good person with no criminal past. i even filled the ITIN form because i want to pay my taxes. anyways im planning some vacation for my birthday in maui (HI) (from LAX) with my boyfriend. i want to know if it's safe to travel domestically in the US. of course i will use my valid and unexpired driving liscence. i hear it was safe but, i read recently that the TSA documents checker asks for immigration status. i need your advice because im very scared to get in any kind of trouble. i dont want to get deported and i want find a way be legalize.
thank you for your precious advices.

best wishes,

A
