Default Immunity from deportation in US Code?

I am curious to know if the use and derivative use immunity provisions in 18
U.S.C. § 6002 apply to undocumented immigrants. In other words, if an
illegal immigrant reports a crime and is brought as a witness to court, if
they can receive use and derivative use immunity over any information that
comes to light through this court process about their legal status. The US Code provides this protection to US citizens - with this immunity they can be assured they won't be brought to trial as a result of information found through this particular incident - but I do not know if the US Code also protects illegal immigrants. Thanks!
