hey i was wondering ..my court date keeps getting pushed back and im flying out of the country on sunday ..do u think i will get asked questions coming back? i have a minor violation and my attorney said it might get pushed back one more time.. is it because they never got to my case? thanx a lot

hi. my court date got pushed back to january 14th and Im flying back to the US january 8th. do u think they will ask me questions at customs? i mean will they even know there is a pending case?

Normally if that is for a minor issue it will not be a problem. And you do need to attend the case hearing at some point.
