Question Is this possible?

I am a South African. My boyfriend is an American.

He has a felony. He did two years for construction fraud. He is on parole until August next year. He has life to appeal.

We will marry next year in America in March 2008.

At some stage in the future i would like to bring him to South Africa.

Would my then Husband be allowed to immigrate to South Africa under South African law?
