Hi guys i am new here I have an employer who wants to petition me as a non immigrant worker in the US. I would like to ask if the name in my passport is flavio and the name written in my other credentials is juan flavio will this give a big problem in acquiring a US visa? And if it will hinder my visa application what is the best thing to do? or what supporting papers should i present to show them that the two are the same persons? btw i am from the Philippines thanks

You may need a court order clarifying what is the real name and clearing up any discrepancies.
Make sure you have immigration counsel involved. |
