If approved I765, can I change employer?

If I just got approved I765, but I m still waiting for the I485 approval based on employment. Can I change of employer without asking for sponsorship?

I wish to inform you that aliens who are temporarily in the United States file Form I-765 for EAD. Once approved, you are authorized to work in USA till the period specified therein. Form I-485 is filed to adjust to permanent resident status. If your Form I-485 is approved, you will be granted permanent resident status in USA. As your application is employment based, it is for your future job which you will perform once your Form I-485 is approved. If you want to work temporarily, you can shift employer.
