application for visa - after 10 year bar for overstaying

I was given a 10year bar for overstaying in the USA, my bar has now expired, and ive been offered a job.
What kind of proof will be needed to prove that i will leave the country after my US, work contract is over. Also What else can i do to make my case stronger.

I wish to inform you that you can present your family and financial ties in your home country as an evidence that you will return back to your country. You may justify that after your return home from USA there has been a change in circumstances and now you intend to stay in your home country.
