abandonment of his spouse, minor son he owns me child support now since he left. he abandon his veichle register under his name in the street without telling me ,the business established according to his wish I am down as partner, but he was the one who runs it with permit under his name, bills etc. He has unpaid credit card he has under his name he has not been paying. The business is suffering losses due to his abandonment.I work at my job as a nurse. The taxes are under both our name business as well as personal. He has a little drinking problem and once crashed the car due to that, and he decided to just leave without telling me anything abandon everything without my knowledge left the U.S without using his immigration documents, I think that is breaking a immigration law? so that I wont trace his travel that he went back to Mexico. I want to resolve all this matter here in the U.S. as this is were everything is besides I am a American and everything we have is here in the U.S. and to be honest I dont trust Mexicanlawyers they are bought. i was already informed about this in Mexico. What legal action can I take to have all this resolved in the U.S. I was told by the American embassy in Mexico that this is a problem in the U.S. and he should be informed to return and solve all this in person in the U.S. especially if Government taxes are involved here in the U.S. I also lost wages of my job due to all this and my health has not been great due to all this stress I now have high blood pressure for the first time in my life and my son is suffering from depression and could not concentrate in school,I was recommede to take him to speak to a pshycologist. This is all because my husband did not want to admit he has a drinking problem. So he left to mexico again without my knowledge. Also his brother started a defamation against me that everyone know it is not true. But he started it so I dont ask my husband to come back to the U.S. My husband is 42 he should speak not his family, and I dont think they should be involved I been with my husband 18 years and he abandons everything like that.

You will have to serve him court papers to try to force him to act in the US--or have Mexican counsel assist.
World Law's lawyers could also probably intervene and help resolve this if need be. You may email them on the home page. |
