Want to apply for the K1 finace visa but without telling my daughters father.

PENNSYLVANIA: I live in England, and my boyfriend who lives in America asked me to marry him last December. We want to apply for the K1 fiance visa, but I have a two year old daughter. Her father and I are divorced and I have parental responsibility, and have stopped the contact between my daughter and her father because he's been unreliable and has barely seen her since we separated. Because I want my daughter to come with me and her father wont agree, I will need to go to court to take her out of the jurisdiction. There arent any kind of other court orders. My question is: if me and my fiance applied for the K1 visa anyway and i came over and we married within the 90 days, do it all legally like we want to anyway, without telling my daughters father. Would I get into any kind of trouble regarding my daughter? Im sure her father would contact the authorities in England when he found out, would I be made to come back to England? Would I get into trouble with american authorities? Just basically want to know what would happen? Can anyone help???

I wish to inform you that if you take child without informing father then you may be accused of child abduction. In this regard you may be held liable for child kidnapping. Under Hague Convention a child from USA may be brought back into UK if there has been international child abduction. You may take child after informing father or after court has allowed you to take child to USA. You may go to USA but when child is to be taken along with you that parental consent is required.
