UK emigration law: my divorce in US was not finalized
my wife came to uk on saturday from jamaica on a EEA family permit and i was not at the airport to receive her so they hold on to her passport a until i come on thursday , my problem is how likely are they to find out that when i remaried to the girl from jamaica my divorce in US was not finalized, but in UK i appeared as single , i got married in jamaica and in US ,
