What is the name of your state? Florida
My name is Jorge, I've been entering the US 2 years ago, I always entered the country with a Tourist Visa, but now, after 30 days of my last visit, I decided to get married to my Girlfriend**************so i have 2 questions: 1. Since she is a Permanent Resident, and originally from Cuba, does the Cuban adjustment help in any way? 2. Once we get married, can i leave the country and re-enter with some kind of temporary permit? Because i need to travel a lot for my job. Thanks. |

Once you marry you apply for a change of status; it is relatively simple and you can also see other articles about it on the world law site
