my friend entered the us without inspection, her husband is wheelchair bound and they have a 1 yr old son, is it possible for her to apply for a green card?

It will be very difficult if she entered illegally initially. It takes great humanitarian needs etc.--very difficult frankly. But maybe the Democrats will arrange some kind of exemption in the future.
