Academic activities under VWP
Can I attend a class under the VWP if a class contains less than 5 credit? Where can I find the infomation? At the airport, I was advised that I should apply for a visa (either a J or F) next time to come to the US. School refuses issuing I-20 or DS-2019, what can I do?

If you have 2 official opinions already then get an official answer from an immigration attorney based on your circumstances. Email the private ask a lawyer on this site if you need to. Don't leave those kinds of details to chance in a forum.
I dont think a B visa is the answer. |
