Exclamation Okay, Important question.

If my fiancee and I were to get married in Mexico,
could she still get a Green Card, since she'd be married to a U.S. citizen?
That would, if I remember right, qualify her as family since she'd be my spouse, which means she should still be able to get a Green Card.

I'm curious. This is probably the most important question that I've ever asked anyone. A quick reply will be very much appreciated.

Yes but you still have to apply for a visa for her after the marriage--the marriage alone does not suffice.

I don't suppose you could explain the process that I'd have to follow to apply for the visa for her and get the card? This is one of my biggest, and most important, grey areas.
