Ok so I came here to the states in the year 2000 with the NACARA Law. I flew in a plane, came here legally, I was 9..Now im 18years old..I Graduated Highschool I have a diploma, and I am "illegal" well.. I dont even know, I have a social security number, and thats about it, The problem is, That supposably my dad went to immigration without any appointment, he just showed up to court, he told me he went with fake documents cause he needed proof of him being here or something like that. so they dissmissed my case ,I have no deportation letter or anything, they havent send me anything, I been here all my life, I was raced here,I dont wanna leave, and im really bummed out because, i didnt do anything wrong in the first place, i have a highschool diploma and i want to do bigger and better things with my life, i wanna work ..do something. Anyways, Now that Im 18 i want to take charge of this situation..
Can someone help me.. what should i do?? Is there like a law or something that could help me out?? Thanks. |

Frankly it is not a great situation.
I would suggest you take all your details and records to immigration counsel, or email world law lawyers privately on their home page, and see if anything can be done. And keep an eye on what the new administration in Washington is doing; there may be immigration reform shortly...or at some point. |

I think you should go see a lawyer.

Best thing you can do is get your self an attorney that deals with Immigration.
Now that your 18 yrs of age, you need to file on your own. Another thing you can do is get educated. google USCIS lots of info there. |
