Default Getting a J-1 two-year rule waiver. How likely?

I am going to apply for a J1 Visa for the academic year 2009-10. After the completion of my PhD at Yale, I will probably have a teaching position at a university in the US.

My question is, how likely is it for me a receive the 2-year-rule waiver (after I have the academic job)?

And how likely is it that I will receive Academic Training status after the completion of my degree, should I receive an academic job?
