CURRENTLY F1 PREVOUSLY DEPENDENT H4 VISA
I HAVE CURRENTLY F1 FOR ALMOST 5 YEARS HERE IN STATES PREVOUSLY I ENTERED AS DEPENDENT H4 VISA FROM MY MOM. MY PARENTS AND OTHER BROTHER AND SISTER FILED ALREADY AND HAVE GREEN CARD THIS YEAR..CAN I HAVE A CHANCE TO FIGHT THAT MY FAMILY CAN FILE TO PETITION TO GREEN CARD IN THE FASTEST WAY??
