Marry a Cuban "US Resident"

Hello,

I've been living with my cuban boyfriend for a little bit and now, after testing how it goes, we decided to get married and make a life together. We have a bank account open together and each month we both deposit an specific amount to cover all our expenses. So far it has worked just fine. My question is, I am illegal in the country. I got into the US last time with my tourist visa and decided to stayed and make a life with him. If we get married, can I be part of his "under Cuban Law" or something like that. He is been a resident for about 4 years already. Also I have a social security number because I was an international student, and for that I am able to have a credit in this Country. I don't use my social security because it does not allow me to work with it, my boss knows and pays me in cash. Would I get my papers with no problem after we get married? Should we filled taxes together after married?

You had better have legal counsel review the situation, and those laws are changing in some respects. Unless he is a US citizen now you may have a few issues.
