K3
I have a K3 VISA but my husband file for divorce before i even file the adjustment of status, can I still apply I-485 even after my divorce. if not can you give me any advice what should i do, if i'm married with a different us citizen

You can still file but will have to show the marriage was indeed valid at the time you first started this process.
It would be a good idea to get immigration legal counsel involved at this point. |
