Moroccan Passport
My fiance has no family only his brother in Meknes, Morocco. I currently have the application for K-1 and I need his birth certificate, national card and passport. Unfortunately, my fiance who is a citizen of Morocco only has his National Card and Birth Certificate. Can you give me some guidelines if this information is enough or does he need his passport too? If he does need his Moroccan Passport how can he obtain one and where? His parents are divorced and live oversea and do not know their whereabouts. He only got his birth certificate from his brother in Morocco who refused to assit him.
