Will marrying an H1B holder (or green card holder) cause any trouble to get TN visa

I'm currently work in US using H1B and my fiance is under TN visa. He has to go back to Mexico for two years. We are wondering that if we get married now, will our marriage cause any trouble when he needs to get a new TN visa to come back to US two years later (by that time, I'll either still be using H1B, but have submitted my 140/485 for greencard or already got the greencard)? Does TN visa allows immigration intention like H1B?

I was in the same situation. If you are still on H1B, then he can get the TN visa. but if you get the green card, he won't get the TN as one condition to get TN is to NOT have ties in US.. and you will be a tie.. the best way is to marry now and add him to the GC process. I have done the same for my husband. I was on H1B, he was on TN, soon enough after got my GC, my company filed for him using my application and he got his GC. We were advised by the lawyers to do so otherwise he would not have get a new TN visa. But if you file for him he won't be able to travel back until he gets the parole papers.
