R1 visa question
I am on an R1 visa. I originally got the visa through the organisation I was working for in Florida. I worked there for 6 months, then moved to NY where I have been working for a different branch of the same religious organisation for almost 2 years. I am working on the books, paying taxes etc.
Is there some paperwork I need to do because of working in a different place? also - i would like to go to canada for a week in the near future. will i have a problem re-entering the US because of this? |

When I was on a visa for the same thing years back we did have to register/approve change of addresses. I think that requirement continues today.
