sponsoring j2 visa for my son
Hey,
I came into US ona J1 visa. My visa expired, last year, but i am maintaining legal status. I want to sponsor J2 visa for my 18 year old son. My question is, since my visa is expired will it cause denial for son to get a J2 visa. Your reply is highly appreciated. Thanks |
