Please HELP ME

Hi! My name is Sugeiry. I been living in the United States since I was 4 years old.Now I been here for 14 years and I don't have a visa nor a SSN,I don't have anything.My father who came from the Dominican Republic I think 6 years ago, file a petition for me but he doesn't weather I get my green card or not.I have a 1 year daughter who's a citizen. I really want to work and take care of my daughter fincally and I would also like to see my mother who I havent seen for 14 years.Im still in scholl but Im almost finish with it.So my question is how can I do everything by myself instead of depending on my family who doesnt care.
