Marriage to foreign woman

Hello I a currently in the military stationed in Ny my question is this. I have know this gorl for a while now we went to college together when she had a student visa. She has been back in Russia now for a while now, and I just came back from visiting her. While there I decided I wanted to marry her. What is the easiest and best way to go about this? Also what is the time table for something like this? Im willing to go back there as soon as possible and do this but will she be able to come back right away with me, or does she have to go through a bunch of paperwork? If possible I would want to go there get married and both of us come back together...is that possible? Thankyou for whoever is able to haelp

As far as I am aware you have to petition for an alien fiancee. Once that is granted and she comes to the USA you have to marry within a specified time..normally 90 days for a country participating in the Visa waiver Programme.
