Default Overstayed travel visa and denied reentry.
My boyfriend overstayed on a visa waiver for several years and was denied reentry to the US after travelling home to Ireland for a wedding. Any advice on which, if any, options are available to him. Also, would his chances of being granted a visa be greater if we were to marry before starting the legal process?

Your boyfriend will have to wait 10 years before he can reapply for admission even if you get married.
