Citizenship
I'm an american citizen and I filled a petition for my sister (Chilean, currently living in the USA)on 2001, form I130. All we have received from Immigration is the receipt letter. Nothing has been done so far. When I check the status of the case, still shows in process. We don't have a lawyer. is there anything that we could do to speed the process?
Thanks, |

Immigration lawyers nationwide USA
An authorized immigration lawyer can enquire on your behalf. Give the folks above a quick call and see if they can help expedite. |
