We live in the UK, but are United States citizens. We are attempting to adopt as United States citizens. Our problem is USCIS
Because they want 3 years of tax returns. Our in-law is happy to sign papers to guarantee that he will financially cover the children we adopt. The reason we need help is because my husband has not had steady employment for the past years, but is currently employed in UK. Is there a form or legal document for our in-law to co-sponsor us -- |
