I need a passport
In January I am supposed to be traveling to Spain to study abroad for six months. A chance of a lifetime for me! Anyway I have a bench warrant in another state for driving under a suspended license...which is only a misdimeanor and its nearly two years old and I have heard nothing else from it. I would have had it taken care of by now but I go to college year round and only have a week...if that...off for vacation every three months or so. Can I still qualify for a passport even though I have a warrant?
