Green Card question

My sister won Green Card, received first package with the forms. The sender made a mistake when writing her last name. He wrote her husbands last name, but legally she remained in her maiden name. And when filling the first forms they wrote that there was a senders mistake and wrote the right last name. But the second package arrived again with her husbands last name. It is like it came to not existing person. And the question is, when they will enter the interview will they be rejected or will they get their visas?

They will get the visa but you need to have all of that fully documented.
