Confused about K1 Visa
I am trying to file a K-1 Fiance Visa Petition. Your site
http://www.worldlawdirect.com/articl...ce%28e%29.html lists the filing fee as $170, but the USCIS site Petition for Alien Fiance(e) lists it as $455. Why is there this discrepancy? Is it cheaper to use you guys? Thanks |
