Question emergency please answer

Iam a native us citizen married to a phillipina woman for seven years, i have three children by marriage, the oldest is 20, turn 21 in october this year, i going to file their petitions for visas, my question is: if i file now will it effect my son when he turn 21 before the visa is approved will i beat the age out law? or will he still be eligible under the life act? please answer asap!!

are they yours? i assumed probably not, if you & wife married for 7 years and he's 21 soon! by the way let me spell out "Filipina" for you, 7 years you sure you know about your wife, must be the adobo?

if you dont know some one in seven years i guess i would be as dumb as you huh!! and by the way she was a widow that mean her husband died you understand that? instead of being a want to be smart ass can your tiny brain answer the question without getting a headache?
