Yes, a foreign national who is unlawfully present within the US is not restricted from owning property that is acquired legally under the laws of the state in which the property is located.

Immigration issues are under the jurisdiction of federal not state law and the federal government cannot override a state statute that does not directly relate to National security matters.

yes. just because you are a immigrant (illegal), doesn't mean you can't buy something. a contract is legal and binding. one thing has to do with immigration and the other has to do with a home. the two things are not combined. if you get sent back to your country, you still own a home somewhere else. if you don't pay the taxes on it, the government can take it. did someone tell you it wasn't yours because you are a illegal immigrant? some people will take advantage of people because they don't understand their rights. talk to a immigration lawyer for help.

Normally one is required to provide a Social Security number and photo identification, usually a drivers license, and banking information. A contract to "buy and sell" is legal, but the contract is being made with a person who is committing a criminal act (illegal alien) and who does not possess the rights and privileges of citizenship. This, along with many other questions, are under legal review and I believe the situation will reverse in the not too distant future.
