please answer asap!
Iam a native us citizen married to a phillipina woman, i have three children by marriage, the oldest is 20, turn 21 in october this year, i going to file their petitions for visas, my question is: if i file now will it effect my son when he turn 21 before the visa is approved will i beat the age out law? or will he still be eligible under the life act? please answer asap!!
