WILL THE MARRIAGE HELP AFTER ORDER OF DEPORTATION?
Hi,
I am a citizen of Belarus. Came to USA in 2003 under J-1 visa, got married to latvian guy and in January 2004 applied for asylum. It got denied and in July 2007 I received order of deportation. My lawer told me I had to leave the country but there was no date by which I had to be gone. I divorced my husband and was getting ready to leave the country but in summer 2007 I met the guy I want to be with and I really love. Here I am : met the person of my life but have to leave the country. He is willing to marry me or do whatever just so I can stay in USA legally. We have lived togethe since August 2007. IS THERE ANYTHING YOU CAN DO FOR ME? |
