I lived in the United States from 1988 till 2002. In 1996 I caught the following felonies: Armed Robbery, Simple Robbey and three counts conspiracy. I was convicted and recieved a 15 year suspended sentence with 5 years probation in which I completed successfully. In 2002, 6 years after my conviction I was ordered removed from the United States under these basis and the fact that I was there illegally. All members of my immediate family are still residing in the States, is a reentry possible? what about a visit visa just to see my family? please provide me with all information regarding this matter. I hope you will work as an instrument in aiding me with this imperative matter as I look forward to your response as soon as you possibly can. PS: One of the papers I recieved right before they deported me stated that I was deported for life.

Persons who have been convicted of or admit having committed a felony or other crime or misdemeanor involving moral turpitude either before or after entering the United States, other criminal, immoral, insane, mentally or physically defective aliens, those afflicted with loathsome or contagious diseases, and others found to be inadmissible under the immigration laws are subject to exclusion if attempting to reenter, notwithstanding they may be in possession of permits to reenter.

I was deported in 2006 and given a 10 year bar , as far as i know i have no criminal charges against me , i was convicted of "Disorderly Conduct" and fined $100 but the judge told me it was a violation charge and it wouldmt appear on my crimal record . I have 2 questions : If i marry my American girlfriend and she applies for me to return , what are my chances of returning early ? And : If i wait the further 8 years will i still find it difficult to return ?
Is there anything i can do in the meantime that may be worth trying ? D |
