Unhappy childrens father deported

My childrens father was deported last month from the U.S. He was here illegaly for 5 years. We were going to get married but never got to it. He's now in his home country. If I marry him over there I and come back can I still get him legal in the U.S.? He was not charged with or convicted of a felony. They basically picked him up for driving. We love each other very much. I have proof of all of that. And he loves his children. He has taken care of them like a father should.

There is no guarantee he can get back in after deportation. Have a reputable lawyer review your case and see what can be done.

For the health and safety of our children. They have a high rate of malaria in his country and are also poor. They have no electricity and all the other wonderful luxeries we have here in our country!

Being in U.S. illegaly is felony enough according to the eye's USCIS and i'm sure there was a reason that he was pulled over by law enforcement not just picking everyperson in a vehicle if they are illegal or not! otherwise, it would be a havoc day to day everywhere on the bicycle trails, sidewalk, alley's, streets, highway & freeways!l for check-up status. It was the status of his stay that was led for deportation. I'm sure he was a good father to your children.

I didn't come here for an Immigration debate or other peoples opinions of the matter. Your feelings and opinions do not concern me. I came here strictly for legal advice.
