Frankly you should have immigration become involved, check what is really the situation and your status and outline some plan to move forward. There are exceptions for hardship and other options so you should be able to work out something.

Confused Re: I'm really-really confused! (Sorry Goran for using your Thread)

Thanks Olive, but I thought you would have advice/suggest me to see a lawyer/consultation first!.... than going forward toward Immigration right away.(it's like turn yourself in, how it sounded to me) Ii'm just asking if anybody would know in any situation like I have..and what happen? .And if so, regarding about the Permanent Resident (form I-551 <<<known as no expiration at the time) is invalid now, shouldn't they've inform/notified letter to me about a renewal greencard? I've been consistent and responsive with responsibilities when it comes to important things. Í'm drained! anybody else's feedback?

I would suggest that you do indeed need to consult an Immigration attorney. He or she will be able to advise you on the best course of action and if you are to discuss your situation with USCIS, you will be in possession of all the facts when you do so.
