Lightbulb question about E2 visa

hello
i would like to ask about , setting up LLC company in USA ( as a foreigner) and have about 100,000 dollars in the company business bank account give me the opportunity to have E2 visa.

Yes that is sufficient but you need a well developed business plan and a fully prepared application. Normally you will want to have immigration counsel assist.

Unhappy I'm really-really confused too!

I've been here since 12 yold of year 79 (orig. P.I. Isand), went partial gradeschool and high school grad (83) and went to Votech which grad on "86" am now 43, I arrived here with my mother, I stayed with my grandmother until I was 18, my grandmother also a citizen (during my years of youth, I thought I was a citizen). My mother whom applied her citizenship her 40's and my older brother also is citizen. At 21, have a daughter out of wedlock..which endup paying child support when i & gf seperated, child support paid-up since 2005, been working since 14 till now a tax payer. I had some troubles in past with law, such as early one in 89 & 90's 3 domestic assault with one dismissed from one of the two different girlfriends (one with mother of my child), a misdeameanor DUI on 98 and gross misdeameanor DUI 2002 stayed jail time, fine paid and programs to be met, .... and as I observing the application for naturalization ...i discovered to see If I have voted...went to gov't center to see if any...and I was hoping i did'nt! and sure I did, I voted in "98" If I wasn't mistaken when I was ask just for a driver liscense and so i did......now, i'm not sure where about what i'm going to do.... I was just helping a co-worker whom (from Laos)has a problem also regarding of his stay here also..He was at 3 and USCIS say's that his resident alien card is expired. Now that I've checked out the USCIS formerly aka INS articles ...and then again, behalf at no luck for me...according to USCIS all (form I-55) permanent resident alien are invalid even though it has no expiration and needed to be renewed! pls help give advice what I need to know/do? So, it meant that i'm illegal? with my background record would i be barred from citizen? deport, if I even just renew my green card? I've been feeling depressed and stressed about it lately, i'm really-really confused! pls help.
