MY BOYFRIEND RECENTLY GOT HIS GREEN CARD AND HAS TO MIGRATE TO THE U.S BEFORE AUGUST. WOULD OUR SON AND I BE ABLE TO VISIT HIM? I CURRENTLY HAVE A VISITOR'S VISA BUT WOULD OUR SON BE ABLE TO GET HIS? IF SO, AND WE GOT MARRIED IN THE U.S. WOULD THIS EXPEDITE ANYTHING IN THE PROCESS OF APPLYING FOR OUR RECIDENCY?
