subjects consent on human experimentation and it's covering code/law

can anyone from you lawyers would like to give me some legal advice on HUMAN EXPERIMENTATION LAW/CODE (subject consent) on non-lethal weapon practice and it's controversiality?

it's been a week since i last visited my post, i have to schedule my online posting coz of my busy schedules and some problems that i'm dealing with this kind of problem... i have to know such things, coz i already brought it in court.. i already red the international code on human subject experimentation, i'm thingking that i would like to past my consent to U.N. ATf. The weapon is a SURGICAL MIND CONTROL or ALTERING DEVICE, i have all kinds of evidence i need to brought this out in court though..
i already consult this to my government, but they only adviced the same like my government has no enough knowledge, and tools that could help my situation for the last 15 years of my life dealing to this kind of terror tactic practice..

i know i have to pass my consent for me and my son's better security.. and i'm choosing the atf for this, i am tapped.. and gangstalked, i already had my temporary protection order and i had applied for permanent protection, but i only got a piece of order from court but no security.. were still tapped, were still stalked, were still economically abused mostly for me not be able to fight this back and gain some help from this type of practice.

i am 29 years old, i'm married but my husband has played a big role for the conspiracy to deprive my determination, belief and me and my son's exsistence in this world.. i already sued him for violence against women and children.. when we are at his house, we are always drugged, battered, physically abuse, and his using and his family surveillance equipment to torture my mind through paranoid schizophrenic tactic.. he envites viewers from his family and from our small community where we are living at, which is mostly his extended families..

to witness if i would kill myself in such torture that i would take from their practice.. because they believe that i couldn't do anything, and if so they are to many for me to be entimidated. that i don't have anything from family, real freinds that will help me, and if i have so if they can't be bribe, they will be killed rather than squilled this such things.. and some of the people who stand for me don't live anymore.. if they are not being murdered they die easily in a hospital.. i don't have money to pay for a good lawyer, to prevent such conspiracies and names that they made using my situation..
