Violation of Jurisdiction by State
I used to work at the consulate General of Guatemala in Denver which is a foreign nation and had diplomatic immunity besides that I personally have certain immunities, not full immunities, but while I worked there I decide to abandon my duties based on a discovery of several illegal activities that the Consul General engaged in, I dont wanted to be liable for it.
After I left the consulate consul general felt an eminent fear of me reporting him with the authorities, later he convinced the District Attorneys that I maybe had taken thousand of dollars from clients, which is totally false. Then the District Attorney brought me to a District Court for prosecution and arrested me. Bottom Line I didnt committed any crimes, but even if I did I dont think that they never had any jurisdiction over the subject matter neither over me since the So called probable cause arise on a sovereign soil or in a foreign soil. I also believe that if any crimes have been committed in a nation other than the United States, then the laws that have to be adopted will be the laws of that nation other than the Unites States. Now I just started on 11/21/2007 a lawsuit on pro-se against the City and County of Denver and its prosecutor officials, I am claiming 22 claims for relief under Violation of 42 U.S.C 1983, Alien Tort Claims Act, Federal Tort Claims, Violation of Colorado Civil right, Violation of the law of the nations and treaties. Negligent training, hiring, retention and Supervision and Violation of the secrecy laws of a country Now the state do not want to be named in the lawsuit because they say that District Attorney are not State agency nor state employees, City and County they say the same, so for whom do they work? I can not be a private organization. They all are aware of this conflict of jurisdiction they even recognized that what they did to me were outrageous and is inexplicable how a District Attorney violates the jurisdiction penetrating a sovereign soil without proper permission , and reach an accused further than his jurisdictional limits. I have been looking for a law firm to represent me, but they all say that my case is unique and complex, that I have a good case to rise but they have no experience on international laws or experience on dealing with this kind of case. I will really appreciate if anyone shares where to find a law firm that maybe is interested in re-view the case. My e-mail is Mikep.hispa@midconetwork.com Thanks for your time and cooperation in this matter |
