Default International Child Porn -- Who decides what jurisdiction it falls in?

When dealing with cases like international child porn, who decides what jurisdiction it falls in? If the child in question is an American citizen, but something was videotaped, with the child, in England and then sold to someone in Australia, how does that all legally play out?

I wish to inform you that you may report the matter to the local law enforcement agencies. They will investigate the matter and seek the assistance of Interpol unit in the member countries to complete the investigation.

Interpol is the global police agency that countries' law enforcement units work with on international crimes. The FBI, CSIS, Scotland Yard and the Australian federal police all work together on cases of pornography, sex slavery, bank fraud, drug cases, you name it.
