Can i and some Egyptian citizens who live abroad raise a case in the UN to enable us to have our right in voting next year 2011 in the Presidential Election in Egypt (we are not allowed to vote from outside the country), and also to ask for a control from the UN to be sure that elections will not be cheated. Thanks
