Confused Human vs. fundamental rights?

Hello,

Is there a difference between human rights and fundamental rights? And if so, what is it? I've been looking around the internet but can't seem to find a clear answer.

Thank you.

I wish to inform you that human rights are basic rights to which all humans have an entitlement. They are national and international in nature. On the other hand, fundamental rights are rights given to the people of a country by their Constitution. They are restricted to a country.
