My Fundamental personality taken away by Iranian clubside(Sanati-e-Kaveh sports club)

For your kind information, I’m a Nigeria National engaged in a year contract with Sanati-e- Kaveh Cultural and Sport Club, Affiliated to Islamic Republic of Iran Football Federation, In the year 2006/2007 Iranian Football Season.
I’m using this opportunity to inform your great organization that according to the investigation of the Embassy of Nigeria, Tehran-Iran with Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Iran and personal efforts, which indicates that my passport was never with the Immigration as claimed with fabricated story and cover-up by Sansti-e- Kaveh cultural and Sport Club with the collaboration of the Iranian Football Federation-Part section addressed to FIFA, which all relevant documents and indication that the above mentioned Football club has violated Human Right and breaking of FIFA Disciplinary codes, and also refused to pay my entitlement of $2,000,00.USD. legitimate remain.

However, efforts by Embassy of Nigeria’s officials who had meeting along side myself with New Iranian Football Federation President Mr. Ali Kafashian , who was not aware of the case as claimed last year, and promised to get to the root of the case through the Disciplinary Committee of the Federation, and panel was set up to trace my passport which the club mentioned two government offices including a court which prosecuted and fined the above mentioned Football club for not securing my working and resident permit while I was playing for the club. And finally my passport was located at the office of the security police for Aliens, which was dumped with fabricated letter and cover-up stories from Kaveh cultural and Sport Club, stating that due to unknown reason i left the team and my where about was unknown,whereas FIFA send serial warning letters to the club through IR Iran Football Federation, all relevant documents about the make-up stories are in my possesion,which includes that of Security Police for Aliens and copy addressed to FIFA.
With instructing letter from the Iranian Football Federation President to Kaveh Cultural and Sport Club, which is self explanatory and evidence to show that my case was very much Football Related matter.

In view of the above, It’s clear indication that Sanati-e- Kaveh cultural and sport club with help of part section of Iranian Football Federation has step against the FIFA rules and non compliance with FIFA’S directives with inadmissible conducts despite several warnings from secretariat to the FIFA Disciplinary Committee with (reference number 070588). All amounted to violation of fundamental personality right, systematic practice of torture, art of cruel and degrading treatment, punishment and violation liberty of my movements that has cause me two Football season’s of my career with offers outside Iran.

The above mentioned Football club has cause me my ill health due the allegedly holding of my passport which cause a big depression and Heart emotional stress after the passing away of my Father which I cannot attend his funerals due to the violation of my liberty of movement, which resulted in my admission into the hospital(CCU SECTION)due to Heart emotional stress, with all relevant documents as evidence

In conclusion, Despite the intervention, warning and instruction letter from FIFA, the club refused to release my passports (old and new attached together).I’m urgently requesting your law firm to PLEASE take up my case at this junction as I’ve been rendered homeless and penniless by the above mention Football club which football activities still continue with pride without returning my passports till date, despite the final verdict decision of the Disciplinary Committee since 22nd September 2007,according to the letter sent to the above mentioned club by the new Iranian Football Federation President(MR. ALI KAFASHIAN).
My life has been at risk,as i've been recieving some threaten calls and harassed, insulted,and even dragged by the security police just beside the Embassy of Nigeria,Tehran-Iran,where i take refuge, I've been confined to the Embassy till date,and i urgently need strong legal firm like yours on my case.

What step should i take for my voice to be heard and the world to know about my case, incluing filling a lawsuits against the above mentioned club(Sanati-e-Kaveh Cultural and Sport Club,Tehran-Iran)Affilliated to IR Iran Football Federation ?.?? or ...

Is FIFA afraid of IR Iran Football Federation ?, Why appropriate sanction was not imposed against club and Football Federation that goes against FIFA Disciplinary Code, (Article 61 and 71)?, Is FIFA playing politics with Football ???.
