Totally Confused ?
Can anyone please explain to me, can a government appointed body have the right to impose their will, upon self employed people by way of threat, if you refuse to comply,and by imposing these things upon someone, would not the person doing these deeds be assuming the role of master/ servant relationship ? would this then be an infringement of one's civil libertie's ?
